Who can buy at wholesale rates?
Printer dealers, computer hardware shops, independent service engineers, cartridge refillers, stationery and office supply retailers, and companies buying consumables in bulk for their own fleets. We will normally ask for your GSTIN and the kind of volume you expect.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the line — consumables and fast-moving wear parts have low minimums, while some boards and assemblies are supplied per piece. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the terms for your order.
Do you deliver outside Rajkot?
Yes. We supply across Saurashtra — Jamnagar, Junagadh, Morbi, Gondal, Porbandar, Amreli, Surendranagar and beyond — and elsewhere in Gujarat. Despatch method and freight depend on order size and destination.
Can we run a credit account?
Established regular buyers can be considered for account terms after a period of trading. New accounts start on advance or on-delivery payment. All supply is on GST invoice.
What if a part is faulty on arrival?
Tell us promptly and we will arrange replacement or credit for genuine dead-on-arrival items, subject to inspection and the manufacturer's terms for that line. Parts damaged by incorrect fitting are not covered — that applies to everyone in this trade.
