Mono laser printers
The workhorse for offices printing text. Low cost per page, fast warm-up, reliable at volume. Typical picks: HP LaserJet, Canon LBP, Brother HL, Pantum P-series.
Laser multifunction (MFP)
Print, scan, copy and often fax in one unit, with network and duplex options. Suits reception desks, small offices and clinics that need copies as well as prints.
Ink tank printers
Refillable bottle-fed inkjets with a very low cost per page and good colour. Best where colour matters and volume is moderate — Epson EcoTank, Canon G-series, HP Smart Tank.
Dot matrix printers
Still essential for multi-part continuous stationery: invoices, challans, delivery notes. TVS MSP and Epson LQ series.
A3 and high-volume copiers
For departments and print rooms with heavy monthly volume, where per-page cost and duty cycle matter more than purchase price.
Thermal & receipt printers
Billing counters, retail POS and barcode label printing, including TVS RP-series receipt printers.

Do the printers come with a warranty?
New printers carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which we register and support. We also handle warranty claims on your behalf where the brand allows it, so you are not chasing a national call centre yourself.
Will you install and configure it?
Yes. Installation, driver setup, network or Wi-Fi configuration and a test print are included for machines bought from us within Rajkot city. We will also add the printer to multiple computers and set duplex or greyscale defaults if you want to cut running costs.
Can we buy several printers for an office on one invoice?
Yes, and we can quote for a mixed set of machines — for example laser MFPs at reception and mono lasers at desks — along with an AMC to cover them. GST invoicing is standard.
Do you offer printer rental?
Rental can be arranged for offices and for short-term needs such as audits, exams and events. Availability depends on the model and the period, so please call to discuss.
Should I buy a cheap printer or a better one?
Look at cost per page, not the sticker price. A cheap inkjet with small cartridges often costs several times more per page than an entry laser. Tell us your monthly volume and what you print, and we will work out the running cost with you.
