How a repair works

  1. Tell us the model and the symptom. A photo of the model label and the error on screen saves a lot of time.
  2. We diagnose. At our counter, or at your premises for on-site calls.
  3. We quote before working. Parts and labour, with an honest view on whether the machine is worth repairing.
  4. Repair and test. The part is fitted and the machine is print-tested before it goes back into service.
  5. Handover. We explain what failed and what to watch for, so it is less likely to happen again.

Frequently asked

How quickly can someone come out?

For customers inside Rajkot city we aim to attend on the same working day when the call comes in during business hours, and AMC customers get priority. Call early in the day if the machine is critical.

What does a service call cost?

Charges depend on the machine, the fault and whether you are on an AMC, so we quote after diagnosis rather than publishing a flat rate. We tell you the cost before doing the work — there are no surprise charges, and we will tell you if a repair is not worth doing.

Do you service printers still under warranty?

Yes, but if the machine is in warranty it is usually better to claim through the manufacturer, and third-party repair can void some warranties. We will check the warranty status first and tell you which route is better for you.

Can you take an AMC for machines you did not sell?

Yes. We contract for mixed fleets from any brand. We normally do a one-time health check of each machine first, so both sides know what condition the fleet is in before the contract starts.

Do you keep parts, or is there a wait?

Fast-moving parts for common models — pickup rollers, fuser films, separation pads, cartridges — are kept in stock. Less common boards and assemblies are sourced to order, and we will tell you the expected time when we quote.

Printer down right now?

Call us with the model number and the error message. Most faults we can identify over the phone and arrive with the part.
