Genuine, compatible or refilled?
All three have a place, and the right choice depends on the machine and the workload:
- Genuine (OEM). Best for machines under warranty, colour-critical work and high-value office units.
- Compatible. Sensible cost saving on out-of-warranty mono laser printers in general office use, provided the quality is known.
- Refilled. Most economical for routine internal printing, when the drum and blade are still in good condition.
We will tell you honestly which option suits your machine rather than pushing the highest margin one. Fitting the wrong grade of toner is one of the most common causes of the drum and fuser damage we repair.
