Cartridge refilling

Toner & ink cartridge refilling in Rajkot

Refilling done properly: the cartridge is opened, cleaned, inspected, filled with the correct grade of toner or ink, reassembled and print-tested before you collect it.

What we refill

  • Mono laser toner cartridges — HP, Canon, Samsung, Brother, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Pantum and more.
  • Colour laser toner — per-colour filling with chip handling where the model requires it.
  • Inkjet cartridges — black and colour, where the cartridge design allows reliable refilling.
  • Ink tank refills — bulk ink for Epson EcoTank, Canon G-series and HP Smart Tank machines.
  • Dot matrix ribbons — re-inking and ribbon replacement for TVS and Epson impact printers.

Our refilling process

  1. Inspect. We check the drum, wiper blade, PCR and magnetic roller before agreeing to refill.
  2. Strip and clean. The waste chamber is emptied and the cartridge is cleaned out — skipping this is what causes grey backgrounds and streaks.
  3. Fill to specification. Correct toner grade and correct quantity. Overfilling causes leaks and drum damage.
  4. Reset the chip where the model needs it, so the printer reports the right level.
  5. Reassemble and seal.
  6. Print test. We run a test page and check for streaks, banding and background before it leaves the shop.

When we tell you not to refill

Bad refilling damages printers, and we would rather lose a small job than cause a big repair. We will recommend a replacement cartridge instead when:

  • the drum surface is scored, worn or light-damaged;
  • the wiper blade is hardened, so waste toner will not be cleaned;
  • the magnetic roller sleeve is worn unevenly;
  • the shell is cracked or the seals have failed;
  • the printer is still under warranty.

Why refilling quality matters

Most "refilling ruined my printer" stories come down to three things: the wrong grade of toner for the machine, a cartridge that was never cleaned out, and a worn drum left in service. All three show up as print defects first and fuser or drum damage later.

We match toner grade to the model, clean every cartridge, and check the drum each time.

Frequently asked

How long does refilling take?

A standard mono toner cartridge is usually ready the same day, and often within a couple of hours if we are not busy. Ink cartridges and colour sets can take longer because each colour is filled and tested separately. If you need the printer running continuously, ask us about keeping a spare cartridge in rotation.

Will refilling void my printer warranty?

It can, depending on the manufacturer's terms — and damage caused by poor-quality consumables is typically excluded from warranty cover. If your printer is still in warranty we will tell you so and recommend genuine cartridges until it expires.

How many times can one cartridge be refilled?

It depends on the drum and blade rather than the shell. A well-treated mono laser cartridge often takes several refills before the drum needs replacing; some take only one or two. We inspect each one and tell you where it stands rather than refilling regardless.

Is refilled output as good as a new cartridge?

For everyday text and internal documents, correctly refilled cartridges with a healthy drum print very close to new. For colour-critical work, presentations for clients or archival documents, we recommend genuine cartridges.

What if the print quality is poor after a refill?

Bring it back. If the fault is with our refilling we will put it right. Often the real problem is a worn drum or a fuser issue that was already developing — we will diagnose it either way.
