Do you sell parts without doing the repair?
Yes. Walk-in customers, dealers and independent engineers can buy parts over the counter. Tell us the exact model and, ideally, the part number printed on the old component.
How do I identify the part I need?
The printer model number plus a description of the symptom is usually enough for us to identify it. If you have removed the old part, send a WhatsApp photo of it and of any number printed on it. Guessing from the symptom alone can be wrong, so we would rather confirm first.
Are compatible parts as good as genuine?
It varies by part. For rollers, pads, films and many mechanical parts, good compatible parts perform well and cost much less. For drums, print heads and boards the quality gap is wider and we usually recommend genuine or a known-good equivalent. We will tell you which is which.
Do you stock parts for older or discontinued printers?
Often yes — older HP, Canon, Samsung and TVS models are still very common in Rajkot and we keep the fast-moving parts for them. For genuinely obsolete models we can sometimes supply a refurbished assembly. Call us with the model.
Can parts be sent outside Rajkot?
