Do you repair printers at my office or do I need to bring it in?
Both. For most laser and inkjet printers we offer on-site service anywhere in Rajkot city. Heavier jobs — formatter board replacement, fuser rebuilds, scanner assembly work — are handled at our Gondal Road workshop. Call us and we will tell you which is faster for your fault.
Which printer brands do you service?
All major brands, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Pantum, TVS and Samsung. We keep fast-moving spares for the common office and home models and can source the rest.
Do you sell spare parts to other service engineers and shops?
Yes. Wholesale supply of spare parts, toner, ink and consumables is a core part of our business. Dealers, service engineers and resellers across Saurashtra buy from us at trade rates. See our wholesale page.
What does an AMC cover?
An Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled preventive servicing, priority breakdown response and labour for the year. Contracts can be quoted as comprehensive (parts included) or non-comprehensive (labour only). Pricing depends on machine count, models and monthly print volume — contact us for a quote.
Do you refill cartridges, and will refilling damage my printer?
We refill toner and ink cartridges using grade-matched consumables, and we clean and test the cartridge before returning it. Poor-quality refilling is what damages printers — wrong toner grade, worn drums left in service, or overfilled reservoirs. We check drum and blade condition first and tell you when a cartridge should be replaced rather than refilled.
