Shiv Printer House is a family-run printer business on Gondal Road in Rajkot. We sell printers, repair them, and keep the spare parts and consumables that keep them running — for walk-in customers and for the trade.
What we actually do
Most printer problems in an office are not mysterious. A pickup roller has gone glassy and stopped grabbing paper. A fuser film has split. Someone fitted a cheap cartridge and the drum is scored. The machine is fine; it needs the right part and someone who has seen the fault before.
That is the work we do. We stock the parts that fail, diagnose honestly, and tell customers when a machine is genuinely finished rather than selling a repair that will not hold. The same stock and the same knowledge serve our wholesale customers — dealers and service engineers across Saurashtra who need a part today, not next week.
How we work
- Diagnose before quoting. We identify the failed part rather than replacing assemblies on guesswork.
- Say when not to repair. If parts cost more than the machine is worth, we say so and quote a replacement.
- Keep stock. Fast-moving consumables and wear parts sit on our shelves.
- Answer the phone. You speak to Alpesh or Nalin, not a queue.
